UPDATED: NOV 16, 2021 500 ml. bottle. Pours a mostly clear gold with a nice white head. Aroma of malt, grain, grass, fruit, and spice. Taste is the same. Well crafted Lager. Wish I had more.

UPDATED: JAN 31, 2021 Bouteille. Robe dorée, limpide, scintillante, effervescence active. Modeste mousse blanche homogène. Tenue de mousse éphémère. Arômes: linéaire, céréalier, herbacé, soupçon poivré. Saveurs: équilibré avec des notes similaires et une fine amertume éphémère en finale. Texture: corps mince, carbonation moyenne, très bonne buvabilité.

Tasting at Phill's, bottle
Hazy blond colour. Nice malt base, crisp; moderately grassy hops, balanced bitterness. Pleasant.

UPDATED: NOV 22, 2020 500ml (thx, Peter K.!) at Phill's place shared with Alex. Appearance: cloudy straw with a solid white head. Aroma: classic lager hops, slightly fruityand flowery. Taste: along the same lines, noticeably bitter, good body. Overall: quite good lager.

UPDATED: SEP 8, 2019 Bottle. Pillow white head atop a pale gold pour. Basically drinks itself. Damn near perfect.

UPDATED: JUL 18, 2019 fresh bottle shared by eric, huge thanks man. tons of doughy pilsner maltiness, orchard fruitiness, delicately floral and spicy noble hops, wooden spiciness, minerals. moderate carbonation, light body - very oily; dry and crisp herbal-spicy finish. super clean yeast action with a stunning mouthfeel.

UPDATED: JUL 16, 2019 Bouteille. En fût. Blonde claire, mousse blanche. Céréales croquantes, mie de pain, amertume légère. Substile et délicate, pintable. Excellente.
