UPDATED: MAR 28, 2021 Hazy copper with carbonation bubbles. Aroma is Christmas spices, woody, honey, lemon, lightly funky. Taste is heavy sweet, light/medium sour and light bitter. Medium body, watery feel with slightly prickly carbonation.

UPDATED: FEB 7, 2020 Bottle. Pours a clear, ruby color, with a small, beige head. The nose is ginger, clover honey, vanilla, apricot, and strong cloves. Very sweet and boozy, with a bit of spice. Fun and well made.

UPDATED: OCT 23, 2019 Pours a golden copper. Aroma is lots of spices, such as cinnamon and cloves. Flavor is sweet apple and spices. Very nice.

UPDATED: SEP 12, 2019 Robe ambrée, les épices sont très présentes au nez et en bouche. Très riche en saveurs : cardamome, cannelle, gingembre, thé, miel... Faible carbonation. On retrouve un peu les épices d'un vin chaud mais sur un cidre et froid. C'est original et bon mais je m'en suis lassé au bout de plusieurs gorgées.

UPDATED: MAY 2, 2019 Tap at Craft Room. Aroma is like the best imaginable winter spiced apple cider with plenty of cinnamon and bubblegum. Clear dark amber color with no head. Taste is exactly the same as aroma. Nice winter spice apple. Thin body, soft carbonation. Top class cider.

UPDATED: APR 27, 2019 On tap at Craft Room, Opatovina, Zagreb. Hazy amber to copper, small off-white head. Spicy mulled wine aroma, dark tea, dried fruit, zesty, nutmeg. Beneath there's a baked apple aroma, wine-like fruity character. Flavour is spicy apple or wine, warming feeling, cinnamon. Moderate to high carbonation. Interesting.

UPDATED: JUL 23, 2018 A clear dark amber cider with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel apples with loads of cinnamon, cardamom, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet apple jam chai tea notes, cardamom, hibiscus, light citrus pulp, very nice and complex. On tap at Bar Lupulus.

Tap at Beer Temple Amsterdam. Clear golden brown with no head. Aroma: Indian Chai!!! Cinnamon, cloves, green cardamon, honey, black tea, nutmeg, spices, apples, vanilla. Taste: Honey, black tea, cinnamon, green cardamom, ginger, black pepper, cloves, red apples, vanilla, nutmeg, fennel seed, star anise, coriander seed, licorice. Light to medium body with a medium long sweet spicy chai finish with red apples. Yummy....
