UPDATED: MAR 18, 2021 Clear peach with carbonation bubbles sticking to the inside of the glass. Aroma is apples, cherries, and green grapes. Taste is medium sweet and light/medium sour.

UPDATED: JAN 15, 2021 12 ounce bottle at The Winking Lizard Copley, Ohio. Smell the apple. Color of apple cider with no head. Taste the apple and honey. Very smooth at 5.5 percent. Sweet apple aftertaste. Very nice mead. Cheers!

UPDATED: AUG 30, 2020 Smells like oaky apple juice. Golden color, no head. The cherry and apple notes play off each other beautifully. Not too dry, not too sweet. Delicious.

Well, the hype machine is in full swing for this, but now that I've tasted it, the hype seems justified. It pours a very hazy, amber-gold body with a bit of fizzy, pink-white 'head' that recedes quickly to a ring. The nose gives fruity aromas of sweet apple and cherry pie filling and is very aromatic and enticing. And on the palate, the flavors of spiced apple sauce and sweet cherry pie is about all I taste, but it's so very delicious. Full bodied and somewhat sticky on the palate, but there's gentle acidity and light carbonation to balance the sweetness. Overall, this comes across as a mix of New Glarus Belgian Red, sweet cider, and mead. People have been going crazy over this and I can see why. Really great stuff.

Slight tart medium sweet crisp refreshing very nice cyser for how light it is. Not worth the price you pay per bottle though. Could make this myself for way cheaper.
