UPDATED: NOV 30, 2021 Best before 03.08.22. Clear yellow golden with a medium sized frothy white head with good retention, lace and regeneration. Pleasant hoppy aroma with herbal hops and light golden bread. The flavour is mostly hoppy with herbs, dry grass, hay, light golden bread. Light body, mild sweet and medium bitter. Dry and bitter hoppy finish. I would probably drink this all day if I didn't have work to go to.

UPDATED: AUG 5, 2021 Draft. A hazy pale yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

UPDATED: JUL 13, 2021 Sample, thanks fonefan! Almost clear pale golden, small head. Bready nose with mikd floral hops. Dryish with light body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Bready and floral, spicy bitter finish. Hoppy, crisp and drinkable.

UPDATED: JUL 1, 2021 Draught at Taphouse. Cloudy yellow coloured with a medium sized white head. Malty aroma of hay and hops with notes of citrus. Malty flavour of hay and hops with notes of citrus and grass. Hoppy finish.

UPDATED: JUN 28, 2021 Can 44 cl. Pours a clear, pale yellow with a lacing, white head with good retention. Malty nose, slightly perfumy hops (!)- wtf? Medium body, fairly dry malts and a solid bitterness. Nice and clean. However I'd normally expect a Helles to be somewhat sweeter and maltier. 280621

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light to moderate hoppy, grass, crispy, light herbs. Initial flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter, finish flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, pale malt, sweet malt, grass, herbs, crispy, medium dry.
