UPDATED: DEC 21, 2021 Murky dark golden/orange body with a minimal collapsing white head. Aroma is honey, sugar. Taste is fruity, honey again, some apple notes. Long sweet finish. Medium to full body soft carbonation oily to smooth texture.

UPDATED: NOV 25, 2021 From bottle at home. Thanks Stavros! Hazy orange color with white head. Malty and yeasty aroma, hay, cardboard, caramel, floral, honey, light fruity. Sweet and light bitter aroma, more honey here. Almost medium oily body with soft carbonation.

UPDATED: JUN 15, 2021 Orange, cloudy with a minimal white head. A sweet honey aroma with some malt and yeast sense. Light bittersweet with a mild honey, caramel and yeast end.

UPDATED: SEP 24, 2020 Bottle. Pours slightly hazy amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and honey, with touches of yeast and hints of fruit and caramel. Seretish flavour of malt and honey, with citric notes and hoppy and estery touches. Malty and honeylike aftertaste with citric hints. High carbonation. Satisting and decent, although I am not so sure why the citric notes are so dominant. Rating #7000

UPDATED: FEB 21, 2020 Copenhagen 21/2 2020. 75 cl bottle from Ølhandleren in Give (Webshop). Corked and with wax seal. Usual heavy Baladin bottle with their usual design in orange. Pours hazy golden orange with a lot of sediments whirling about. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing. Aroma is fairly intense and very sweet with light sour notes. Honey sugary sweetness. Marzipan. Caramel. Wet cardboard. Metallic edge of alcohol. Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, sticky, lightly tingling texture. Flavor is intense and heavy sweet. Followed by a light sourness. Aftertaste is sugary sweet. Lingers for a while.Lightly boozy finish. Lives up to it's name with a heavy honey flavoring. But if you like your toast with honey this might be for you.

Tastes of ripe fruits, marzipan, nutty, light cardboard, earthy. Finishes lightly sweet with notes of marzipan, ripe fruits and earthy notes decent one

On bottle @Salling. Pours hazy yellow with small white head. Scent: Sweet. Taste: Honey, lemons, light sourness. Texture: Creamy, low carbonation.

Aroma: Fruity sweet with slight perfume and hops. Flavour: Fruity sweets with herby notes and a fruity bitter finish. Colour: Amber with a white head.

bottle from voldby købmandsgård. waxed, looked nice, but was a bit of a pain to open. hazy yellow, small white head. aroma is dominantly sour and grassy. I wonder if it was supposed to be sour, or if it is infected. Flavor is an improvement. clear sweet honey taste, some malts, and a sour citrussy lemongrassy balance, that tastes like it was purposefully brewed that way. patale is bubbly in a weird way, like it is infected. No grass in the flavor. Not sure i like it that much.
