COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cervecería Barbarian is one of the first Craft Breweries in Lima, Peru. Barbarian “Red Ale” is their first beer out on the market. It has a red copper color and a nice head that stays on the pint glass while you drink. It is also dry hopped with American Hops and mildly bitter. You can also find caramelized flavors from the special malts used during their brewing process. It is a flavorful, easy to drink English-like Ale influenced with a typical hop characteristic profile from American Ales.

0.33l på flaske. Rødlig øl uden det store skum. Svag sødme i duften. En anelse smag af karamel. Ok men ikke mere. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. It pours hazy amber with a creamy off white head. The aroma is fruity hoppy with some berries. A whiff of brett. Light funky flavor. A bit infection here.

SanfordBrewer (1748) - Sanford, Florida, USA - MAY 30, 2018
UPDATED: MAY 30, 2018 Was bright translucent amber until a bunch of sediment came out, more than even most bottle-conditioned homebrew. Creamy beige head. Medium body with harsh bitting carbonation.

Aroma: oxidation, cherry and other fruit esters, bready malt, floral hops, slight wild yeast phenolic note.

Taste: strong medicinal rubbery note up front, same fruitiness as aroma in middle, and grainy phenolic finish.

Base beer seems good, but poor sanitation and yeast health ruined it.
