SanfordBrewer (1748) - Sanford, Florida, USA - MAY 30, 2018UPDATED: MAY 30, 2018 Was bright translucent amber until a bunch of sediment came out, more than even most bottle-conditioned homebrew. Creamy beige head. Medium body with harsh bitting carbonation.
Aroma: oxidation, cherry and other fruit esters, bready malt, floral hops, slight wild yeast phenolic note.
Taste: strong medicinal rubbery note up front, same fruitiness as aroma in middle, and grainy phenolic finish.
Base beer seems good, but poor sanitation and yeast health ruined it.
