COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
From the first sip the aroma of sweet malt and hints of fruit spring from the glass. Refreshing citrus notes come next, gently clearing the way to a sweet delicate finish. This Amber Ale combines rich Belgian malts, and spicy Hops to create a tremendously refreshing beer. To tell you the truth, we even wondered how we got all those flavors into one beer. Let’s just way, we love it when a plan comes together.

From bottle. Amber color; a bit murky. Some hops and sweetness in the nose. Taste is solid with some fruit and grass; aggressive for a amber. Some sweetness in the finish that I didn’t care for.

Amber pour with a large off-white head. The aroma has some toffee and plastic notes. The flavor has some toffee, strawberry, grass, cocoa and earth notes. There is also a bit of plastic bucket in there, like in the aroma. Still, the flavors work together fairly well. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Great to pair with spicy foods, barbque, smoked meat and tex-mex. A great overal ale makes it a saple T our house.

Copper-amber pour into thick, off white, frothy head that dissipates quickly into sticky lacing which melts down the glass. Aroma of toasty caramel malt with hint of carmelized citrus. Initial flavor of malted caramel that fades into a spiced hoppy finish.

Poured a hazy copper color with a foamy white to off-white head. The aroma was citrus, malt and possible infection. One sip verified my initial thought. This one had a bug in it. Drainpour.
