Lambic-inspired ale with peaches. Glorious aromas of juicy ripe fruit gets your mouth watering before you take your first sip. Bold acidity and our house funk partner nice with big flavors of fuzzy peach. Sweet and full bodied with a tart finish, leaving you immediately wanting another sip.

UPDATED: FEB 14, 2021 lambic? or fruited sour? very strong sour bite. the peach is noticeable throughout thankfully but definitely just feels like a sour, not a lambic.

UPDATED: SEP 7, 2020 RateBeer Best 2017. Pale yellow beer with a thin white head. Big time peach on the nose along with some oak, yogurt, and lemon zest. The flavor has a nice touch of sweet peach up front with a nice citric acidity following that. Mild earthy funk, wet oak, and some tannic fruit skin. Good carbonation, too. Solid.

Tasting at Brian's, corked bottle; 6.5% ABV
Hazy blond colour, greenish. Elegant peach aroma. Aggressive sourness, initially the peach is evident, then it fades away, and overall it's just one more aggressive sour beer with little complexity.

UPDATED: JUN 26, 2020 500ml on Brian's deck. Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: loads of sweet peaches and apricots. Taste: acidic, fermented out stone fruits. Overall: ok.

UPDATED: JUN 26, 2020 500ml bottle @ home on the deck. Pours a hazy golden colour with a small white head. Nose is lovely peach notes with peach pits notes. Flavour is not as dominant with peaches as the nose, however still decent with a touch of funk. Light bodied, ok carbonation, and a mild sweetness with a moderate acidity,. Solid peach nose!

mcberko (34280) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 26, 2020
UPDATED: JUN 26, 2020 500mL bottle, pours a hazy golden blonde with a medium white head. Aroma is loaded with intense fruity peaches upfront, with a hint of funk -- but mostly just peaches. Flavour is loaded with tart, bright peaches upfront, with moderate acidity, and light oak. The tart peaches is pretty assertive. Nice stuff.

UPDATED: JUN 26, 2020 Pale and a bit hazy. Lots of peach on the nose. Fairly well balanced between lots of peach and a decent acetic element. Solid.
