COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Café Racer 15™ features aromas of bright citrus and resinous pine from the generous use of Citra, Amarillo, Cascade and Chinook hops which are complimented by a dry malt finish. The result is a high revving Double IPA that is loud and assertive, much like the rebellious street racers who inspired it. Never ride alone...

UPDATED: MAY 22, 2021 (Bottle) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head, leaving traces of lacing. Malty, hoppy nose with grapefruit, mango, apricots, caramel, flowers and honey. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of grapefruit, mango, apricots, flowers, pine needles, honey, caramel and a generous citric, piney bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Solid and well made IIPA, with lots of hops and malt to back it up. Very nice.

coachd (2388) - O'Fallon, Missouri, USA - JUL 18, 2020
UPDATED: JUL 18, 2020 Nice clean citrus and pine aroma. Slightly dark for the style, off white head. Good strong hops in the taste, like the aroma it is well blended, not muddled or dank. Palate is oily with a sparkling finish. Very well done IPA by Bear Republic. I wish their beers were easier to find where I live.

ANZUShophunter (2343) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - MAY 5, 2019
UPDATED: MAY 5, 2019 From bottle in IPA glass. Follow on from Racer 5 and it's similar on a bigger scale. Pours slightly turbid gold w/big white head, what I presume is hop haze has a lava lamp effect. Piney citrus hop aroma and a good dose of bitterness in the finish. I think the 5 was slightly better thanks to the malt

3.7
GarrettB (2381) - San Diego, California, USA - MAR 5, 2019
UPDATED: MAR 5, 2019 July 28th, 2015 - This is a fast and sweet beer, which makes its ABV well disguised and a little dangerous. A bright orange marmalade color shines in the taster glass, and gives off an aroma of light pineapple juice, strawberries and sweet apple juice. The mouthfeel is soft and lets the sweet flavors come through fast and quick. This makes the taste just a little overly sweet, but fine for this late in the taster lineup.
