Draught, taster. Sampled on the 12/05/2018 at "Mikkeller Beer Celebration 2018", Copenhagen. Hazy yellow to amber colour with a thin white head. Aroma is lemon peel, lime, peach and sea salt. Taste is yuzu, lime, sea salt and yeast. Sharp and slightly acidic finish. Overall a good beer. Well balanced. Next one please!

Sampled at MBCC 2018. Low fluffy white lasting head. Hazy light yellow body. Vinous aacidic lime salt aroma and flavor, little hops bitterness, low carbonation, long finish.

On tap at Dispensary. Pours a pale gold with small white head. The aroma is strong lime zest, wheat, sea salt. Thin body, similar flavors to nose, light dry finish, very good.

Clear pale blond beer, no head. Aroma: wow, pot pourri, perfume, soapy, both candied and dried orange peel. MF: lively carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very herbal, spicy, thyme, weird, sourish, more soap. Aftertaste: bit acidic, fruity, weird acidity, meh...

Light amber / golden with small white head. Slight citrus aroma. Very refreshing sour, bit sweet citrus taste. Just some touch of salt on the background.

Draft at Billie's Craft Beer Fest '17. Hazy golden with no head. Aroma of yuzu and lemon. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and sour. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Pours cloudy golden with low white head. Aroma of yuzu, citrus, tea. Taste is tart and funky, mellow sweet finish. Light and smooth body with average carbonation.

20/10/2017 - draught glass shared with 77ships & someone else @Wanderlust. Clear yellow, small lacing. Nose is full yuzu, bit tea like, bit grainy. Taste is yuzu, feels bit like ice-tea, sour touch. Bit weird but nice refreshing.
