Belhaven Brewery’s flagship American-style IPA. A bold but refreshing ale using pale malt to provide sweetness and a little Crystal malt for extra toffee and a touch of astringency. Challenger provides clean bitterness and an underlying herbal hoppyness. Hersbrucker adds a little fruit, spiciness and floral character and Cascade as the late hop adds masses of grapefruit citrus aroma and taste and floral fragrance. All three hops contribute to the bold bitterness and satisfying finish as well as the huge “hop store” aroma.
Ingredients: Pale malt, Cascade, Hersbrucker and Challenger hops.

Monty27 (305) - GERMANY - SEP 4, 2021
UPDATED: SEP 4, 2021 The bottle promises an explosion of aromas due to the use of many hops. Maybe the beer was not fresh enough (though use by date of 4 months from now), but there was only a vague resin smell and no fruit. Other than that, sweeter malt notes were present. The taste is rather smooth with limited grassy hop bitterness and a caramel sweetness, but not that special.

DraftPours23 (2632) - FRANCE - AUG 24, 2021
UPDATED: AUG 24, 2021 Robe dorée sombre, belle mousse, belle carbo.

UPDATED: MAY 27, 2021 For a low abv beer. For me. This is actually quite tasty. Quite a bit of flavour. Some it has that artificial taste. Overall not bad.

rolickstamp293 (14101) - FIJI ISLANDS - NOV 7, 2020
UPDATED: NOV 7, 2020 Botella. Clear godlen colour, medium white bubbly head. Aroma: Fruitish hops, some citrus, sweet, caramel, grass. Ok palate. Sabor: Fruity hoppy sweet with citrus and grass and along comes the maltiness. Medium fair bitterness. For an English style IPA it's bit boring, for a Blonde / Golden Ale it's fine. I rate it for what it's set as: the latter.

JaKeAFC (1812) - ITALY - JUL 2, 2020
UPDATED: JUL 2, 2020 January 28, 2012 On tap @ wild turkey, clear amber color with small fine white head. Nose is herbal and flowery. Aroma has feelings of grapefruit, orange peel, ginger and lots of grassy hops. Alcohol is well masked behind. Taste is bitter with a pleasing long bitter finish. Body is light, dry, modest carbonation. Very nice and good.
