UPDATED: DEC 11, 2019 Keg at Waterloo Tap. Pine aroma. Hazy copper gold. Thick foamy white head. Light-medium bitter before sweet edged sour citrus comes through into the finish. Light bodied. Thin. Fizzy carbonation. Slips down. Definitely a Session beer.

UPDATED: OCT 14, 2019 Can from Honest Brew. Hazy golden body with an off-white head. Lively carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of straw and orange rind. Flavour of mineral water and lemony hops. Thin body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. Easy drinking.

UPDATED: JUN 15, 2019 Keg at the Belleville Brewery, Wandsworth Common. Clear, deep golden. Floral hop aroma, with quite a lot of caramel and biscuity malt. The flavour is quite full for the style, with the hops not overdominent and the body of the malt coming through. Kind of not what I would necessarily expect from a SIPA, which is frequently the opposite; a lot of hops and no body. Very quaffable, though and a good session beer. It’s more reminiscent of Full Sail’s Session than a standard SIPA.

On tap at Lyric Piccadilly. Clear gold colour lasting white head. Some hop light malts. Falls a little into the lots of hops and not enough backbone to carry them which leads to a bitter finish without the sweetness of the malt to balance. Some grassyness. Just not enough malt to be balanced.

On tap at Hack & Hop, London. Pours cloudy orange golden with medium white head. Some moderate hoppiness in aroma, tropical fruit, peach, malty, moderate sweetish and light to moderate bitterness in finish. Medium bodied.

Cask at the brewery’s tap room. Really bursting with tropical flavours but maintaining a nice balance with some decent hop character. Nice beer.

Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity hops, citrus, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20161130]
