COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Double Monogamy Simcoe is a spin on our classic series of single hop IPAs -- the delicious, controlled experiment designer to give us all a better understanding of what hop can do when it flies solo.
In this version we bumped up the hops, taking us into DIPA territory.
What is smells like, what it tastes like: Brewed exclusively with Simcoe hops, this beer showcases notes of fresh orange, dried mango and doughnut peaches.
