UPDATED: MAY 2, 2021 Can at home. Hoping it gets changed to dumb pale ale category. Dirty gold and large head. Nose is kids fruit cup. Tastes oddly fruity of fake pear, peach orange and malt. Weird flavor profile somehow. Juicy palate.

12 oz can at a super shitty restaurant in South Boston. No glass. Probably yellow with off-white head. Aromas of caramel, malt. Tastes of caramel, malt, light floral notes. Medium body with a dry finish.

A fairly average pale ale doesn't stand out except for the low price point. Given the option I'd probably grab a few more bombers of Berkshire stuff to sample the full range since they only cost about $4.99 each. Any more expensive though and it would probably become a pass.

Aroma / Appearance - A polished golden body glows under the thin veneer. Lemons, Rtiz crackers, and orange polish bind together a run of the mill pale ale.

Flavor / Palate - Mild pine, Pledge furniture polish, and base malts fade into place after a few sips. After established a so-so foothold they then fade into a clean unremarkable finish. Nothing stands out as a glaring flaw but by the same token there's nothing to set this apart from any other by the numbers pale ale.

A middling pale ale. A little stale, light sweetness. Definite more by its light caramelly malt body. Tried for the first time back in 2010.

From old tasting notes. Hazy brassy gold color. Small white head. Fruity malt nose. Soft semisweet toasted malt flavor hints at orange peel and honey. Very fruity and refreshing.

Draught. Pours clear yellow with a moderate white head. Aroma is yeast, corn, cereal and dull lemon. Taste is yeast, lemon-ish citrus (not really sweet but still lacking the sharpness or tartness of lemon), and bread. Very yeasty and somewhat astringent finish. Light body. Average carbonation. Watery, crisp mouthfeel.
