UPDATED: JAN 10, 2022 Pours to a nearly clear dark yellow. Medium dissipating head with good lacing. Interesting nose, not getting much fruit off it, mostly apricot or orange marmelade and something like mint or basil. Mushrooms, metallic, pine? Mouth interesting too: untypical flavour... Again minty basil, pine, marzipan. Would be interested to know the hops on this one. Good balanced sweetness and taste profile but a lingering bitterness with a bit of tannic astringency. We need more ballsy beer like this.

UPDATED: OCT 14, 2021 Optisch gülden bis ocker mit einer leichten Trübung. Die weiße, mittel- bis grobporige Schaumkrone zeigt sich sehr stabil und auch sehr gut haltbar. In die Nase strömt in erster Linie reife Fruchtaromatik (Apfel, Steinobst, estrig) mit einem leicht karamelligen bis röstigen Charakter. Der Antrunk kommt frisch und sehr soft in der Rezenz. Der Mittelteil zeigt sich von einer überaus voluminösen Seite. Hier vereinen sich eine leichte Malznote mit kräftiger Hopfenaromatik. Das ergibt einen schönen Aromamix von reifen Früchten. Einerseits von Apfel, Traube, aber auch Zitrusfrüchten, sowie einen Hauch Exotik. So viel Komplexität in Sachen Fruchtaromatik findet man eher selten. Vor allem, da hintergründig auch leicht karamellige bis röstige Noten mitschwingen. Mundgefühl und Süffigkeit sind als ganz gut zu bewerten. Im Abgang bleibt die fruchtige Aromatik lange bestehen und wird nach längerer Zeit zunehmends von einer sehr deutlichen grasigen Herbe überlagert. Diese 70 Bittereinheiten kann dieses Bier letztendlich doch nicht verleugnen.

UPDATED: AUG 12, 2021 Tap at Bar Cameral, Koper. Slightly cloudy golden colour and small white head and lace. Citrus, grapefruit in the nose. Medium-bodied. Grapefruit, pine, some resin in the flavour. Ok but not really as good as rating average claims.

UPDATED: JUL 31, 2021 Cloudy amber colour, small white head. Great strong fruity aroma with grapefruit, mango, cinammon, blood orange. Full, perfectly carbonated body. Strongly bitter hoppy flavour with pine and grapefruit, with a very dry finish.

UPDATED: JUL 18, 2021 Can 33cl. Cloudy yellow with a white head. Tropical fruit aroma with a clear malty basis. The taste follows the aroma. Medium body and medium finish.

UPDATED: JUL 3, 2021 Can (3-Jul-21) Light pine citrus aroma. Cloudy amber colour, good white head and spider lacing. Pine herbal flavour. Mineral pine bitter finish and light resin herbal aftertaste.

UPDATED: JUL 3, 2021 Hop malt spice aroma. Murky yellow colour good head and lacing. Malt caramel biscuit herbal spice hop flavour. Smooth lingering palate.

UPDATED: JUN 21, 2021 Can picked up from an online shop, forgot which one. Consumed at home Saturday 19th June 2021 in the company of Ele, Vangelis we had Lamb Kebabs, Chicken Kebabs, Fish Goujons, Greek Salad etc. Golden colour with a white head, it's a little hazy. A little resinous on the nose, there is also a little pithiness with lemon and grapefruit noted. The citrus surges through in the mouth, it's quite bitter resinous again, but mingling with citrus. This is a really nice IPA.
