UPDATED: MAY 29, 2019 Bottle, courtesy of Bartlebier, many thanks! Pours unclear yellow. Aroma is low acetone, funk, soft smoke, fruit. Body is medium, round and smooth, fruity and acidic. Smoked palate, lots of BFM barrel funk too. Very good.

20/VII/17 - 75cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker) in 2015 or so @ home - BB: n/a, bottled: 12/X/15 (2017-1057) Thanks to JefVerstraete for sharing the bottle!

Clear orange beer, bit irregular creamy off-white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: fruity, peaches, little funky, floral, soapy touch. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter, some citrus, nice acidity, bit of lemony juice, vinegar, tannins for sure. Aftertaste: quite soapy kind of bitterness, lemon zest, funky, very bitter finish, mouth puckering acidity, dry finish.

Bottle from Geers, shared with Adamnowek, Erwin and tderoeck. Yellow/amber colour, white foam. Sweet nose with notes of grapes, tannines. Tart, notes of oak, light smoky touch. Very interesting beer.

UPDATED: JUL 21, 2017 Bottle with tderoeck and JefVerstraete! Unclear. Bold peach skin colour with a thin, clumpy head. Smells like apricot, cucumbers, Pinot Grigio, and a hint of malt vinegar. Taste is an oaked white and orange with some spice and bitterness.

Robe dorée, fine mousse, belle brillance. Nez puissant sur des notes de houblon, de gingembre, de citron vert, sur un fond acidulé, une pointe balsamique. Bouche à l’attaque finement acidulée, une très belle tension, du fruit, une belle bulle et une finale qui allie fruit et fraîcheur. Une très belle saison tout en tension, très raffraîchissante.

Bue en bouteille de 75cl. Très beau produit, original, bourré de gouts et d’arômes variés. Un délice de dégustation.

Bue en bouteille de 75cl chez Charlotte et Will (gros coup de bol à mi-orge mi-houblon aussi) Couleur blonde, pas de mousse et petite effervescence Nez sur la saison de BFM avec ce petit côté St Bonch et le côté fumé voire l’oxydation du Vin Jaune. Attaque sur une pointe acide, levuré comme il faut pui scôté fumé et oxydé pointe salé toute simple en exhausteur de goût; juste parfait !
