UPDATED: AUG 21, 2021 Poured from a 16 oz can. Aroma is very grain forward with hints of bread. Faint spicy, herbal hop notes and hints of alcohol. Faint floral esters. Pours a very clear, pale, yellow gold with a medium sized, very thick, creamy, white head that exhibits impressive head retention. Flavor is slightly sweet with moderately grain forward character and hints of bread. Medium low bitterness and hints of alcohol. Light herbal, spice hop notes and hints of floral esters. Mouthfeel is light bodied and crisp with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really solid pilsner. Really nice grain notes that are balanced by light hop notes and bitterness. Very clean fermentation profile.
