UPDATED: JAN 7, 2019 Pours yellow and a little hazy. I've always found hopped sours to be an odd combination, because the palate's sense of the sour is undercut quickly by the hop. Even so, this was a sympathetic blend, reasonably drinkable. (4 oz. pour at the brewpub).
UPDATED: JAN 4, 2019 On tap at the Supper Club. Pours a clear orange gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has some sour tropical fruit, a bit of citrus and a hint of onion underlying. Flavor is similar with tart tropical fruit and citrus rind supported by a hint of onion.
