UPDATED: DEC 27, 2021 Bottle of 33cl, in a Tulip glass; from the fridge. Drinked @home BeeryChristmas2021 We are in front of a cloudy brown beer, with a light head. Good carbonation. Aroma and taste are simple : burned malt, brown sugar. Nothing special.

UPDATED: DEC 26, 2021 Cloudy brown, off white head with fine foam. Raisin and malt on the nose. Herbs, plum, raisin taste with a slight bitterness. Medium to light body, medium carbonization. Slightly sweet mm, sour finish.

No lacing. Aroma: strong sweet malts, wood and yeast. Taste: bread, sweet malts, burnt caramel and toffee. Some raisins as well. Long sweet mouthfeel. Next one please!

UPDATED: DEC 21, 2021 Beery Xmas'21 #21 sounds again interesting: Italian brew with Belgian wild yeast. A very nice, almost clear ruby dark-amber or copper colour, with creme coloured head, that unfortunately falls down quickly and mostly. Aroma is caramel, dried fruits, spices, yeast; nice but I don't really get the expected wild yeast. Neither in the taste; medium sweet, spicy, but not really a soury element. Soft carbonation brings a rather flat feel. I sense the Belgian character of this brew, but not the wild yeast that is the central goal of this brew...
