UPDATED: AUG 4, 2021 Cask, ER, 16/07/20. Headless reflective pitch. Lovely soft lactose milky machine coffee nose. Galaxy chocolate, bit of chilli fruit taste with ground beans. Really good fresh blueberry too.

UPDATED: APR 11, 2021 Puszka. Czarne o średniej, beżowej pianie, która opada szybko. W aromacie I smaku można wyczuć dobrze zaakcentowane nuty kawy, srednio palonej, może nawet zielonej, lekko sfermentowanej. Kakao, ciemna czekolada, laktoza, płatki owsiane, wanilia. Piwo zdecydowanie zyskuje po ogrzaniu. Wysycenie małe, ciało całkiem fajne, tekstura również. Szkoda lekko kwasnych nut.

UPDATED: DEC 15, 2020 Can from This Is Beer. Appearance - deep brown to black. Tan head. Nose - sweet malt, light chocolate and the coffee is more subtle than expected. Taste - coffee, light smoke and molasses. Black jack sweets. Burnt bread. Palate - medium bodied, roasty/crunchy texture. Dry, roasty finish. Overall - the coffee is very subtle, which is better in my opinion. Not really drinking like a milk stout, more the opposite, a dry stout.

UPDATED: SEP 22, 2020 Cask handpull at Riverside Tavern Sheffield Black beer lasting tan head. Plenty of coffee on this stout. juicy stout some blackcurrant. some charcoal. it's fine. I rather liked the coffee and chocolate mix.

UPDATED: JAN 16, 2020 Dark, opaque, tan beerhead, with medium, lacing, and creamy foam, low retention. Chocolate, fruit cake, toffee, caramel, whole grain bread, licorice and lactose. Medium sweetness, smooth touch, soft carbonation, low bitterness.

UPDATED: MAR 4, 2019 Pours dark brown with a tan head. Magnificent quince aroma, cocoa and vanilla. A sweeter stout done right, with the sweetness NOT overpowering, milky, smooth. Very creamy, mild to medium body. I'd say it's pretty good!

UPDATED: DEC 28, 2018 Tap at Port Street Beer House. Chocolate and coffee aroma. Black color with small sized tan head. Coffee and milk chocolate taste. Thin to medium body, soft carbonation, creamy and silky.

UPDATED: MAY 22, 2019 Handpull cask at the Herbert Kilpin, Nottingham. Dark brown bordering on black with a sizeable ring of tan head. Sweet, milky coffee with Demerara sugar, plus a noticeable whiff of paper... the filter for making the coffee? Taste is just as sweet as expected, lingering in every corner of the mouth. Slight fruity coffee sourness near the finish. Oily and flat in the body. Yummy.

UPDATED: DEC 14, 2018 Cask, The Two-Tailed Lion, Leicester. Very dark with a beige foam. Sweet chocolate and creamy lactose. Earthy coffee with hints of vanilla. Marshmallow. Oily body. Nice sweet stout.

440ml Can from Coppers, Newcastle. Black with a very thick dark tan head of foam. It has a sweet milky coffee flavour with milk chocolate and smooth vanilla and roasted notes on the creamy finish. Excellent!
