COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our unfiltered pilsner is brewed with pilsner malts, German Hallertau & Crystal hops, and Czech lager yeast. Fermented at cool temperatures and then lagered cold for a smooth finish, Gloria! pours a slightly hazy pint that drinks crisp and refreshing. Just a hint of hop rounds out our lightest, easiest drinking brew.

brokensail (18691) - Bay Area, California, USA - JUL 24, 2021
UPDATED: JUL 24, 2021 On tap @ Block 15. Slightly hazed straw colored beer with a white head. Fresh flowers and grass on the nose along with lemon peel and a touch of orange zest. Bready malt with subtle dough and cracker flavors. Lightly sweet, moderately bitter, and a drying finish. Nice citrusy and grassy quality to the back end. Quite good.

jbruner (8524) - Lakewood, California, USA - DEC 12, 2020
UPDATED: DEC 12, 2020 Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow on tap with fluffy white foam that dissipates slowly to leave good lace. Aroma of grassy and herbal hop notes with a biscuit cracker malt base, a clean lager yeast to back it all up. Taste follows, moderately sweet malt with a mildly bitter hop note, a crisp but full bodied finish. Very nice zwickel bier.

poisoneddwarf (4653) - Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho, USA - JUL 23, 2018
16 oz can from Beer Mongers in Portland. Canned two and a half months ago. Aroma is bready, lemon, grain, toast. Pours hazy golden with a thick pillowy cream colored head with excellent retention. Taste has a moderate herbal hop bitterness and flavors described in the aroma. Could use a touch more carbonation, but that’s a personal preference. Nice beer overall.
