UPDATED: JAN 6, 2022 Can. Clear paleish amber with a white head. Aroma of boiled oranges, pine, breadcrust. Very clean with modest sweetness before firmly bitter dry finish. Citrus, some tropical fruit- mango, papaya- that ooze out of the caramelised notes, gentle pine. The way the malt contributes and supports but doesn’t get in the way of the hops at all is impressive.
UPDATED: DEC 16, 2021 Pours vibrant amber with a large lasting head.
Nose shows peach, nectarine, mango, guava and lychee, along with softer pine and resinous hop notes.
Flavours include more nectarine, pine, some earthy hops, citrus and floral notes along with clean malt and a punch bitterness amongst a dry finish.
