UPDATED: JUN 19, 2021 Bottle, shared round Dan and Megan’s gaff. Deep purple with an astoundingly well appointed pink foam. Nose is all the raspberry you need. Vanilla oak. Leathery funk. Jam. Fruit pulp. Taste is bittersweet raspberry and oak. Minimal acidity gives a silly easy drinkability. Foamy carbonation. Juicy raspberry to finish. Great stuff.

UPDATED: MAY 29, 2021 Pours ruby red, little head. Full on raspberry in the nose. A lot of raspberry in the mouth. Very acidic. Hint of vanilla.

UPDATED: MAY 29, 2021 Bottle, 2019 vintage. Dark garnet pour with a fleeting white head. Intense raspberry bouquet. Mouth puckering sourness with all kinds of intense raspberry. I get hints of vanilla on the back end. Maybe some caramel and oak. Good body and mouthfeel.

UPDATED: APR 12, 2021 75 cl bottle @ Hapanta! tasting. Bottled 01/2020. Aroma has raspberry juice, sourness and earthy notes. Flavour has rather tart notes, raspberry juice concentrate, sourness and earthy notes. Aggressive sourness, excellent stuff. Rated on 2021-04-01.

UPDATED: APR 1, 2021 75 cl bottle @ Hapanta! tasting. Pours dark rose red color with a small pinkish head. Aroma is tart with berries, raspberries mostly, some citrus notes. Flavor is tart also, raspberries, faint cherry notes, some yeast, earthy notes. Very nice and tart.

UPDATED: MAR 16, 2021 Bottle, 750 ml shared with Max, Miro B and Zec. Purple with off white head. Intensive fruit, lots of raspberries, juicy, sour cherries, funk. Intensive sourness, some vinegar like acidity. Vinous. Medium bodied, low carbonation.

UPDATED: MAR 3, 2021 Bottle, pours a red color with active carb and a medium head. Straight acid, and heart burn. Way worse than the Framboise Noyaux we drank before it. $60 bucks down the drain after Etre gets their cut. Hair on the back of the neck raised immediately, this shit be burnin. Finished the 2 ounces, but that was a struggle. Both raspberry bokke bottles had 1/2 their volume left with 4 heads drinking them.
