UPDATED: JUN 30, 2019 A 750ml bottle, bottled in December 2017. Poured into a stemmed white wine glass. It was a hazy golden orange colour with a one finger off white head that had decent retention and some nice lacing. Aromas are funky, barnyard, wood, elderflower and light leather. Tastes funky, wood, elderflower, light sour, citrus and floral. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Overall, nice and balanced, but as per my norm, I'm still not entirely sold on floral beers.
