Bottled 500ml (vPBF)
Deep ruby color, small white head. Dark malts, slightly tart, soya sauce. Medium to full-bodied. Licorice, alcohol, saltyness, light hops. Roasted maltyness. Cold coffee and ash in the finish. One of the best from this brewery.

Dark brown color, not completely black. Nice aroma of malt, caramel, little roasted malt. Good mix of chocolate, roasted malt, dark caramel, malt, fairly sweet (not syrupy or thick); balanced; the final just increases a bit the roasted malt feeling.
Easy but good and pleasant to drink.

It’s black with a red hue, and the head is creamy. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, caramel, light chocolate and sweet licorice. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, sweet licorice, caramel and burnt sugar. It’s a bit too sweet overall for my liking.

Bottle, 9.3%. Roasted and slightly spicy aroma. Good spicy hop flavour. Very dark brown colour, seems clear but with some small floating bits of yeast. Good and sweet roasted beer.

Bottle. It pours a headless, flat, dark brown body. Semi-clear. Roasted nose with caramel, dried fruits and some dark chocolate. It’s quite dry in the mouth, full-bodied and smooth, with flavors of roasted malts, cold coffee and some licorice and chocolate. Some bonfire in the end. Not my preferred style of imperial stout, but it’s an honest beer anyway. 120218
