Al naso ricorda lo spumante del quale mantiene il sapore secco e acido. Importante carbonatazione. Molto beverina. Personalmente una piacevole scoperta.

UPDATED: AUG 26, 2021 Vintage 2017. A great lambic beer! The beer tastes really good and every sip actually tastes better than the last. The beer looks great as well and the sourness is extremely pleasant while it does not lack other aromas.

UPDATED: JUL 10, 2021 A mostly clear straw body without any head. Aroma is a wonderful bouquet of ripe fruits and flowers. Taste is muted fruit sweet, a touch of dry bitter middle. Short sweet finish. Texture is crisp and fizzy.
