The aroma is sweet, oily, sumptuous, perfumed, juicy pear, ice cidre, tart tatin, bit of must and candy cane. The taste is crisp, clean, dry, tart, sweet - sour, bright, spritzy, juicy pear, oily, white grape, gooseberry, vinous and just a touch of sherbet with a dry finish. Medium body, fine carbonation and oily mouth feel. Juicy. Rich and sumptuous. Tasty stuff with loads of flavour for the abv.

Very ashy, nice and true apple and pear notes, a little ripe apple, soft acidity, low bitterness. Medium bodied with delicate carbonation. Sweet finish but also drying, not at all cloying, rounded ripening pear, soft lemony notes. Great stuff.

Bottle. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is pear, sweet, autumn fruit, caramel, rather subtle. Taste is overripe fermenting pears, dessert, caramel, some wood, medium sweet although it feels sweet. Fizzy carbonation that is not overdone. The perfect Perry indeed.

Body is pure sweetest possible pear, very sweet and super fruity, strong carbonation. Caramel. Palate is fruity and sweet, but not too long. Unbelievably strong aroma, amazing!
