UPDATED: AUG 17, 2021 Bottle. Aroma of soft herbs, soft minty thyme, citrus hops and lemongrass. Taste has nice minty thyme, citrus hops, malt, lemongrass, subtle yeast and nordic herbs. Very nice, love the thyme in this.

UPDATED: MAR 23, 2021 15.3.2021: 330 ml bottle at home, 5.3% ABV, bottled 23.7.2020, bought at qbeer. Pours a nearly clear pale straw-yello with a white head. The aroma has an intense note of herbs, thyme, sweet herbs, lemongrass, coriander seed and lemon zest. Medium body with a soft carbonation, a light sweetness and a light bitterness. The flavor is again very herbal and similar to the smell - thyme, coriander, some bitter herbal notes, some citric notes, some grains. Finishes with a light bitterness, herbal notes and some grains. Really nice and refreshing herb beer. Aroma: 7 Appearance: 4 Taste: 6 Palate: 4 Overall: 14

UPDATED: FEB 12, 2021 Bottle. Pours slightly hazy with airy white head. Clear aroma of herbs, with notes of hops and yeast. Bitter flavour of hops and thyme, with soapy notes and touches of yeast. Bitter and spicy aftertaste with estery notes. Not bad, especially for fans of parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme. Acceptable for anybody else.

UPDATED: FEB 12, 2021 Bottle, 5.3%. Papery and perfumy aroma. Hazy light golden colour. Very small chalk white head. The flavour is also perfumy. Oh, it turns out to be thyme. Well, not bad at that. Clean and refreshing in spite of its soapiness.

UPDATED: JAN 26, 2020 0,33l bottle. Clear light golden beer with medium head. Aroma has lot of soap and flowers with also some fruits and herbs. Flavor is not so rich. It has herbs and some fruits and light malts, but not as much as the aroma has. Medium body.
