25/10/2017 - 20cl bottle from a trade with hackobock. Clear orange, no head. Nose is lots of apple, bit caramel, bit alcohol. Taste is oily, full of apple, bit caramel, hint of wood, warming alcohol, liquor feel. Very nice!

Bottle. Pours darker blonde. Smell is syrupy, thick, applesauce, mild booze. Some remotely noticable barrel, but no clear signs of the actual contents previously held withing the barrel. I know Chateau D'Yquem is wine, but I have no clue what Louis Jadot is. persumably also wine ? Anyway, doesn't show. Taste is full, noticable booze, rather sharp. Full, applesauce, intense. Sweet, of course. Very syrupy. Aah, Ice cider... The moments of dissapointement are so, so rare !

Flat, dark golden color. Aroma is dry and slightly sweet concentrated fruity, apple peel, concentrated sweet apple juice, oak, apple cores, grass, minerals, alcohol. Taste is sweet concentrated fruity, dried sweet apples, concentrated sweet apple juice, oak, apple cores, minerals, alcohol, apple peel, citrus. Medium bitterness, sweet sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

large sample that pours clear light to medium and bright golden, light orange, with some very sticky and shiny legs. red apple jelly/jam, apple candies, tropicalness - golden pineapples; sticky grapes like a dense sauternes; warming wooden alcohol - very well integrated; sweetness on a controlled level with strawberry and apple jam, that is with just enough (spot-on) acidity. flat carbonation, medium to full body - very oily; sweet, woodsy and very lightly tart finish. super tasty and very tropical ice cider - phenomenal balance.

Bottle from SB. Clear, deep golden with no carbonation. Super concentrated red apple, apple skin, a mild citrus undertone, some honey and a touch of oaky vanilla. Super rich and complex. Lovely!

Lovely amber color, no head. Sweet aromas of apple juice, calvados, alcohol, vanilla and floral hints. Sweet taste with apple sauce, calvados, honey, alcohol and some sweet licorice.

Bottle at Craigs Edinburgh. Aroma is properly apple lovely. Rich in mouth. Glad i was sat down as my knees would have gone. Beautiful. Thank you Craig. Sweet toffee apple pie. Wow.

375 ml slim and clear corked bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken, at an outrageous price. ABV is 11.7%. Clear deep golden colour, no carbonation. Intense and lovely aroma of very concentrated apple juice / apple cider, and dessert wine oak barrels. Very sweet flavour, again extremely concentrated apple juice / apple cider, and Sauternes oak barrels.
