UPDATED: NOV 28, 2021 (Bottle, labeled '35°Brix 2015', 11.5%) Reddish mahogany colour with no head. Fruity, vinous nose with notes of red apples, calvados, balsamic vinegar and pink grapefruit. Fruity, vinous, tart taste with tart red apples, calvados, wood, blood orange, balsamic vinegar, syrup, hints of sweet mead and a sweet and slightly tart finish. Full body, sweet. Tasty and warming ice cider with hints of tart apples and calvados. Very nice.

UPDATED: SEP 22, 2019 Flaska från SB. Vintage 2015, 11,4%. Klar kopparfärgad. Sött och maffigt med söta äppeltoner, russin, lite inslag av konjak och calvados, samt vitt vin. Stor och kletig kropp med fin alkoholvärme. Stort, sött och enkelspårigt, men gott just så.

UPDATED: JUL 2, 2019 From bottle at Ulfborg tasting 2019/06. Clear golden color with no head. Aroma is sweet apple, sugar, light cinnamon. Sweet taste. Light to medium oily body with flat carbonation.

UPDATED: MAR 4, 2019 Aroma of apple and old conc. fruit. Clear yellow. taste is mod.+ sweet and all spice. Medium body, oily+ feel and sweet apple alcohol finish.

Bottle at THT. Clear golden with white head. Sweet apples, old apple peels, apple pie. Massive sweet and almond nutty bitter, lovely level of citric acid. Full body and soft carbonation.

Bottle shared at THT October. Clear golden orange with a ring white head. Aroma of rich red apples, woody notes, toffee apple, apple pie. Flavour is heavy sweet with light sourness. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle shared at THT. Clear dark golden with no head. Sweet apples, soft cinnamon, candy, light pear, caramel, tart apple juice, toffee, apple pie that my gran used to make with Boskoop apple. Quite sweet, over light tart. Full bodied. Solid.

Sampled @ Zythos Bier Festival 2018. A clear golden colour. Aroma of concentrate riped apples, honey. Taste of intense sweet apples, concentrate apples, sugar.

Bottle thanks to SInH4 golden body with no head. Aroma is wonderful apples some wood hints of alcohol. Taste is very fruity apples tropical fruits. Aftertaste is sweet.
