UPDATED: NOV 17, 2019 From tap at Craft Beer Festival Thun at 4.2% ABV. Nearly clean golden color with a white head. The aroma is lightly hoppy and lightly malty with some citric notes, butter, popcorn, herbal notes and some sweet grains - strange smell. Light body with a light bitterness and a very light sweetness. The flavor is better than the smell and lightly hoppy and lightly malty - grains, mild grapefruit, some bread, hints of pine and some grass. Finishes with a light hoppy bitterness.

UPDATED: MAR 31, 2019 Blonde dorée trouble et pétillante à belle mousse stable. Arômes de céréales-malt, houblon et fruité. La bouche est mousseuse, douce et à l'amertume soutenue d'agrumes et zestes. Notes florales et caramel. Finale sèche.
