PowY (3777) - Vienna, AUSTRIA - NOV 6, 2021
UPDATED: NOV 6, 2021 5.11.2021: From tap at Craft Beer Festival Thun at 6.3% ABV. Hazy dirty wine red color with a brown hue with a white head with a pinkish hue. Aroma of lots of raspberries, ripe raspberries, some dark cherries, fermenting fruits and some ethyl acetate. Medium body with a light acidity, a light tartness and a very light sweetness. The flavor is way less pungent than the smell - some raspberries, tart berries, berry skin, some wheaty notes. Finishes dry with light wheaty notes and some residual raspberries. After the smell the flavor was a bit dissapointing. Aroma: 7 Appearance: 4 Taste: 6 Palate: 3 Overall: 13

UPDATED: JAN 30, 2019 from Festival des Brasseries Artisanales de Fribourg - very hazy bright red-orange beer with a pink-beige foam left; deep and clean aroma of raspberries, a bit bubblegum-like, a good malt backbone, sweet and sour, subtle but solid carbonation, decently dry; long finish of herbs and raspberries
