UPDATED: APR 29, 2019 Das Bräuwastl Hefeweizen sieht im Glas orange-trübe aus und besitzt eine ordentliche Schaumkrone. Geruch: hefe-fruchtig. Im Antrunk fruchtig-säuerlich, mitunter süsslich und mild gehalten. Danach würzig, fruchtig, ordentlich hefig und mit teils recht hopfigen Elementen. Der Abgang sehr ausgewogen, hefig, leicht hopfige Nachschwingungen und hier insbesondere recht malzig, sanft abklingend. Gebraut wird das Produkt vom GEFAKO Brauhaus Wendlingen, gehört zu den Finkbeiner Bieren, und wird über das GEFAKO Großhändlernetz vetrieben. Am Rande bemerkt, den Kasten gibts für 9,99 EURonen. Bei meinen Bewertungungen achte ich nur auf Leistung und nicht aufs Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Ich muß sagen, daß Bier finde ich gelungen und werde mir noch ein paar Flaschen ziehen.

UPDATED: APR 28, 2018 500ml bottle at Bad Saulgau. Aroma ist fruity yeast with strong banana and very light strawberry. Appearance is cloudy yellow to orange with a frothy white foam. Taste is light sweet and very light bitter. Slightly to strong carbonation but overall a very proper Hefeweizen.

Drank from a FC Bayern Munchen glass, compliments to my buddy Bjorn!! Smells of bananas and bread. Tastes like the light-beer of Hefeweizens!! I like it!

Cloudy yellowish yellow with no head. Strong banana bread aroma and taste with a sweet finish.

It’s unclear golden with a huge, creamy head. The aroma has notes of yeast, wheat and banana - the warmer, the stronger the notes are. The flavor is sweet with notes of yeast, wheat and banana, and the finish is sligtly spicy. OK average weizen.
