Flavour of bitter lemon and underripe raspberry. Thin body with a spritzy mouthfeel. Very fizzy and tart. I found it to be a bit too sour for me to love it.

ianwelby (3105) - Hamilton, SCOTLAND - MAY 8, 2021UPDATED: MAY 8, 2021 Clear, pink-ish beer with a thin head that quickly fizzes away. Dry raspberry aroma. Taste is pretty dry too. Not as sharp as I was expecting it might be, not really very tart at all but it does still have a good whack of raspberry in there, and a bit of a savoury, biscuity quality to it as well with a bit of cream both in the taste and the feel of it. Not exciting but it's very drinkable!
