hauxe (3004) - Butzbach, GERMANY - DEC 26, 2020UPDATED: DEC 26, 2020 Almost black with a creamy, beige head that lingers. Aroma full of tonka beans and vanilla. Lebkuchen underneath. Very dessert-like. Taste is quite sweet with a mildly sour finish that feels out of place. Lingering tonka. Medium, almost full-bodied, mild carbonation. Overall, the additives are firmly in control. For the most part they meld. Good for the style.

minutemat (11726) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - MAR 9, 2020UPDATED: MAR 9, 2020 Cask @ Tap and Can. Pours very dark, beige head. Aroma is pleasantly sweet, some soft chocolate, vanilla hints. Soft light palate. Gentle chocolate presence to taste, not getting a lot of coconut, perhaps a little vanilla sweetness.. not quite hitting the mark for what it aims to be, perhaps keg would've been different, but it's a pleasant dark cask stout.

TimE (8459) - Tokyo, JAPAN - FEB 19, 2020UPDATED: FEB 19, 2020 Pitch black color. Dark brown head. Nice semi sweet nose with chocolate cake doused in vanilla. Low carbonation, low medium bitterness, medium roastiness but balanced with nice sweetness and excellent chocolate and tonkoko bean character. Almost got this lovely nuttiness to it that I like a lot. Very unique. Love it

On the light side of medium bodied with a sticky,creamy mouthfeel & ok carbonation. The finish is dry and sweet with more dark chocolate,coconut,brown wholemeal bread, leather ,,raisin ,caramel & slight mint.
