UPDATED: MAY 20, 2020 Bottiglia. Al naso arrivano impressioni di orzo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La parte liquida si presenta velata. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono anche la forma della frizzantezza costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, amaretto, frutta secca, agrumi, camomilla e mandarino.

UPDATED: JUL 2, 2019 Bottle from Waitrose he little pizza’n’beer bar at the Mercato della Erbe in Bologna. Pours a hazy orange gold with a white head. Aromas of honeyed malts, but quite a bitter taste with notes of grass, hay, and back tree herbs. Interesting, tasty and refreshing. Medium mouthfeel and a good grassy finish.

Tap. Clear golden color. Small size, white head, stays. Grainy, herbal, papery in aroma. Grainy, sourish, dry dusty hops in taste. Grainy in aftertaste. Drinkable brew.

330ml bottle at a private tasting at за разБИРАчи, Ruse. Pours slightly hazy with a thin frothy head, medium lacing, no visible rising carbonation. Pale straw in colour. On the nose, rapidly receding aromas of citrus and herbs, with hints of cereal, slight estery yeasts. In the mouth, some sourness from the onset, mild lemongrass flavour, mid bitterness and a short soapy finish. Overall, sharp and quite refreshing, but not on style. Perhaps more like a witbier than a golden ale, with thin texture and rapidly disappearing aromas and flavours, this is about as feeble as craft beer gets.

Hazy brass colour. Colossal, soapy head. Aroma is lemongrass and hay. Taste is lemon and bready malt. Meh.

Hazy blond color. Mild aroma, some malt, some grass and hay. Dry mouthfeel, medium flavor of malt, with hints of honey and cereals; quite strong bitterness. Easy.

Kolor: Ciemnopomarańczowy. Piwo jest opalizujące.
Piana: Biała, drobniutka, gdzie niegdzie średnie pęcherzyki. Piana na starcie wydaje się atrakcyjna i trwała. Niestety po paru sekundach redukuje się do wąskiej otoczki. Na ściankach TeKu punktowe kropeczki.
Zapach: Aromat jest słabiutki. Jest trochę zboża, trochę owoców tropikalnych. W oddali odrobina mało wyrazistych przypraw. Wszystko jest takie mało wyraźne i ulotne.
Smak: W smaku słody w postaci lekkiej zbożowości. Dalej za nimi chmiel, trochę zleżały, przemoknięty. Dominują cytrusowe owoce - mandarynka, gorzka pomarańcza, pomelo. W drugim szeregu stają trawa cytrynowa, subtelne brzoskwinie i odrobina limonki. Na koniec dostajemy wyraźną ziołowość i odrobina przypraw. Goryczka średniego kalibru, długi cytrusowy mandarynkowy finisz. Tekstura średnia, odczucie w ustach średniopełne. Mało wyraziste, ale pijalne piwo.
Wysycenie: Średnie.
Podsumowanie:
Średnio goryczkowe, mocno nachmielone Golden Ale. Trochę w stylu przypomina American Pale Ale. Sporo tutaj cytrusów (pomarańcza, mandarynka, limonka). Nie brakuje także ziołowości i odrobiny przypraw. Taki sobie trunek. Do wypicia w ciepły dzień, jeśli nie masz nic lepszego pod ręką.

W aromacie niewiele się dzieje, słód, trochę cytrusowego chmielu, przyjemnie, ale nikle. W smaku podobnie, przede wszystkim słodowo, gładko, goryczka raczej niska, lekka maślaność, ale nie wadzi to mocno. Nieźle się to pije.

On tap at Luppoleria in Piacenza. Appearance is opaque golden colour with little head. Basically no visible carbonation. Aroma is very mild, lageresque. Some noble hops. Meh. Flavour is also not very exciting, mild with some hoppiness. Disappointing.
