COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewlander’s Love is brewed with bucket loads of New World hops and fermented with a wild .... . We went for a simple malt bill instead of the crystal heavy grist so that the hops and yeast driven flavours can shine. Love explodes with a beautiful tropical medley of pineapple, mango and passionfruit aromas finishing with a long, clean hoppy bitterness. The mouthfeel is silky and teases with a hint of tartness. Our decision to use Extra Pale.......malt ensures that the bare grist still packs a solid punch. This brew’s enticing fruity aroma will make you fall in love! The hoppiness of this IPA pairs well with stews and all kinds of meat. For more flavour, swirl the bottle and get all the yeast into your glass!

atpsynthase (155) - SINGAPORE - MAY 24, 2021
UPDATED: MAY 24, 2021 330 ml bottle from a local supermarket. 6% ABV, brewed in Tuas now. Pours a nice honey colour with a lot of head with large sized bubbles. Aroma of lemon, orange, passionfruit and some mango with a gentle base of malt. Taste of a slightly harsh resin and pine first thing, with a slight tinge of sour to back it up. The sour is pretty good to see, but the pine and resin is definitely harsh. Just average, perhaps.

mcberko (34280) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 19, 2019
UPDATED: AUG 19, 2019 330mL bottle at SG Taps, pours a cloudy bright amber orange with a small white head. Aroma is very pungent, with intensely dank hops, perfumey floral notes, and alcohol. Flavour is a little less abrasive, with very dank hops, red fruits, and some wild yeast in there. Very dank, somewhat abrasive finish. Fun stuff.

KegChamp22 (10) - - MAR 28, 2019
UPDATED: MAR 28, 2019 It claims to be a fairlu basic ipa with fruity melon and pineapple hops and a wild yeast strain. It's muddy apricot colour, with significant sediment left in the bottle on the pour. the aroma is dominated by the hop, pineaplley and sweet. The flavour is more balanced, a slight hint of tartness and a little hop bite in the end of the sip, but it's short, the whole thing feeling a little hollow er than the 6.5% alcohol would suggest it should be.

kiwianer (4068) - Otorohanga, NEW ZEALAND - MAR 10, 2019
UPDATED: MAR 10, 2019 The foamstability is ok, the body orange and hazy. The aroma is malty, hoppy, citrussy. The taste is hoppy, malty, creamy, some nice fruits and some bitterness. While i get somewhat of an touch of a special yeastiness, its not as intense as the most other examples. Ok, nice for a pint or maybe 2.

minutemat (11726) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - DEC 19, 2018
UPDATED: DEC 19, 2018 330ml bottle thanks to Jon for bringing this back. Pours murky orange, confidently large dense foam atop. Aroma has pleasant cotric fruit, grapefruit. Bright bretty fruit zapping the palate from the start, fresh, hoppy with a lasting zing on the finish. Body is perhaps a bit smooth and full but generally an enjoyable hoppy beer.

GoufCustom (3017) - HONG KONG - AUG 26, 2018

330ml bottle bought at CitySuper in Habour City, Tsim Sha Tsui.

Looks: Translucent straw golden colour with a thick layer of dirt-like yeast sediments; Three-quarter finger head with soapy white foam which lasts for 1 minute; Very good sticky lacing with fizzy small carbonation.

Aroma: Fragrant full Ale malt, with strong orange, grapefruits, citrus, blueberries, grapes, floral, sugar, spices, very dry biscuits, lemon and strong grass.

Taste: Mid to light sweet Ale malt, with wheaty tartness, strong grapefruits, grapes, melon, yellow fruits, floral, fair sugar, spices, resins, dry biscuits, lemon, medium to strong bitter hops and strong grass.

Body: Mid to full body. Dry, very slick and fairly oozy palate.

Mouth Feel: Good maltyness in a thick and very slick background. Wheaty tart, with strong grapefruits and melon dominates. Flowery with moderate sweetness. SPicy oozy dry biscuity with lemon to round. Quite solid!

Hoppiness: Strong orange, grapefruits, citrus, blueberries, grapes, floral, spices, lemon and strong grass in nose. Strong grapefruits, grapes, melon, yellow fruits, floral, spices, resins, lemon and strong grass in taste; Bitterness is fairly strong for a lasting, mid to strong astringent sweet-bitter Ale malty finish.

After Taste: Very dry. Melon citrusy and bitter to mouth.

Comments: Apprantly this one focus on aromatic hops with relatively low bitterness. The malty body is good but with a strong oat smoothness. There's a pretty damn good melon grassy hoppy taste with a fair oozy edge and within a touching distance of being a NEIPA. Very drinkable!
