COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The first beer from our Re/Adventure Series, two phases; past and future. This is Future Proof, a traditional Mild that starts our expedition into the past. A Mild is rarely seen in the craft beer wilds, but it could be time for a comeback. Somewhere between an amber and a porter in colour this classic mild really is the ultimate session beer. Future Proof is a simple honest beer, biscuit, malty, nuttyness with sweet smoothness, honey and caramel. This beer has low bitterness and is a pure session dream. Sit back, enjoy a classic and repeat.

UPDATED: JAN 11, 2022 Bottled, 330ml at 4% ABV from Beer52, Edinburgh. Copper with cream head. This proved to be quite a thin beer even for the style, obviously malt lead with sweet malt biscuit flavours to the fore. There is a note of sweet caramel powder and a thin woody character. It's okay but rather forgettable.
