UPDATED: OCT 26, 2021 Draft at downtown Broken Compass tap room, Breckenridge. Deep brown body with a short, beige head. Aroma of roast, coconut, chocolate. Moderately sweet beginning and light to moderate sweetness and bitterness in the finish. Medium body, watery/velvety texture, moderate carbonation. Lots of coconut flavor but not overwhelming — balanced with chocolate and roast. Really nice.

Tap at the source with RMBT crew. Fantastic aroma of coconut, cinnamon, and maybe even a mild hint of spice. Pours a cola brown color with minimal light tan head. Taste is the closest to a macaroon cookie that I've ever sampled. Plenty of coconut with nice tropical qualities. Some great spices factor in throughout consumption. Very easy to drink. Delicious coconut porter.

UPDATED: SEP 19, 2018 Tap at brewery during RMBT. Dark brown with medium tan head. Smells of toasted coconut and warming spices. Taste is sweet, coconut, some spice. One of the best coconut porters I've had.

Very nice coconut aroma. Authentic strong coconut aroma and flavor. Base porter is a bit sweet, but goes well with the coconut. Would be tough to drink too much with the sweetness but it is very good.

Light coconut. Some off flavors. Malty dark. Malty. Ok but there are better porters. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Broken Compass poured a clear dark reddish brown with a small lingering tan head. Aromas of dark chocolate, coconut and light roastiness. Palate was medium bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of dark chocolate, coconut and light roastiness with a smooth dry lingering Mounds bar finish.
