UPDATED: OCT 18, 2020 Bottle: Pours a light hazy golden with a fading white head. Very leathery and funky aroma. Lactic acidity. Crisp mouthfeel. Dry, lactic flavor. A hint of leather under the lactic acidity. Nice and dry.

UPDATED: APR 3, 2020 Thin off white head quickly left a spotty cover on an unclear, finely carbonated pale golden body. Citrus, funky, orange & yeast aroma. Medium bodied, ultra sharp on the tongue with a dry clean back. Bitter lemon, tangy, hay, yeast, vinous & faint woody tastes with a long sour finish.

Taste starts light sweet and sour grainy and citrusy, following is vinous, lactic, woody and funky, while mouthfeel is crisp and dry. Medium body, slick texture and lively carbonation in palate. UPDATED: JUN 10, 2019 Copenhagen 10/6 2019. 33 cl on tap at Tribeca Ugly Duck, Kbh NV. Pours hazy, golden yellow with small white head. Settles as meagre remnants of foam. Resembles a cup of potent but delicious urine. No lacing. Aroma is fruity, sour and potent. Some sweet berries soon overcome by sour unripe berries, vinegar and acidity. Medium carbonation. Thin, watery, lively, tingling texture. Flavor is lightly sweet followed by a strong, citric, acerbic sourness. Aftertaste is sour, sharp, unfriendly in a friendly way. Dry finish. Nice sour and forbidding.
