Inspired by Mesopotamian civilization - 7,000 years ago - and their fermented bread, we worked over 1 year in development to go back to the future and collide the "old world" with the "new world" !

UPDATED: OCT 30, 2021 Arôme assez faible. Dévoile tout son goût une fois en bouche, elle m'a surpris par la mousse qu'elle crée une fois en bas de bouche. Très bon goût.

huineman (1166) - Madrid, SPAIN - SEP 6, 2021
UPDATED: SEP 6, 2021 33 cl bottle. A dark ocher, even grizzly brown pour with a long-persisting, foamy, beige head. Aroma is garden rocket, earth and grapefruit. Dry mouth, light-bodied, very bitter and very long-lingering finish. Aftertaste is earth again, and coffee. Quite interesting.

UPDATED: JUL 22, 2021 33cl bottle from Delhaize store in Bruxelles, drinking it on 23/07/2021 BB 28/10/22 Pours hazy brown- dark amber body with thin off-white head on top and great lacing. Aroma of malt, bread, grassy, piney, quite hoppy. Taste of malt, bready, caramel, grassy, a bit dry and bitter hoppy finish. Short finish. Body is medium, carbonation medium to high, strong enough at 7% abv. Interesting and not bad at all, I really don't mind the bitterness and hops at all and the taste is quite original and leaves you wanting more.

brexit-escaper (53) - Brussels, BELGIUM - MAY 2, 2021
UPDATED: MAY 2, 2021 Not a big fan of this one. The malty background is cloying with the hops. Just seems out of balance to me.

yerffoeg (788) - Dinant, BELGIUM - FEB 24, 2021

UPDATED: DEC 16, 2020 (Bottle) Amber colour with big, lasting, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with orange marmalade, bread, caramel, dried apricots, resin, brown sugar and hints of ripe banana. Malty, fruity taste with notes of rye bread, caramel, orange marmalade, resin, grapefruit, brown sugar and a balanced citric, resiny bitterness in the finish. Medium body, mainly dry. Tasty and well balanced. Nice one.
