UPDATED: JAN 8, 2022 Draft at the BubbleHouse taproom as a flight serving showing a black/brown hue, a decent layer of tan froth, and spots & strands of lacing. The nose was malty, roasted, balanced cocoa & coffee/mocha notes, and hints of woodiness & nuttiness. Medium bodied, the taste was as the aroma notes, with lively carbonation, roasted bitterness, and pleasant dryness to the finish.
