UPDATED: JAN 8, 2022 Draft at the BubbleHouse taproom as a flight serving showing a cloudy, orangey/rose color, with a decent layer of soft white froth that produced a thin ring, and ribbons of lacing. The nose was lemony tartness, with additional esters as ripe raspberry. Medium bodied, the taste was continued raspberry & lemon, with lively effervescence, tartness & tanginess, and some dryness to the finish.
