Bucanero Fuerte gets its name from old legends of the pirates that roamed the Caribbean Sea. Considering that Bucanero Fuerte is one of the best hidden treasures of Cuban beer, this connection is fitting. Strong and full-flavored, Bucanero Fuerte is made from the most natural and freshest ingredients, with superior malt and is blended with just a touch of Cuba’s finest sugars. UPDATED: APR 18, 2021 I Sampled as B Cubanero Fuerte /B /I Metallic orange colour, clear, almost no head, lazy pearling. Nose is solvent, glue, cardboard, caramel, parsley, lightly coloured malts, weeds; taste is toasted malts, rainwater, sugar, weeds. Light, watery feel, on the edge of undercarbonation. Lager from another era - backwards as the regime?

UPDATED: MAR 10, 2021 Cubaans biertje na 10km loop. Het is leuker dat het uit Cuba 🇨🇺 komt dan dat het smaakt. Niet vies maar ook niks bijzonders.

UPDATED: FEB 13, 2021 Old rating from 2013 - 330ml bottle brought back by friends, pours amber with a large white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of citrus, cereal, flora, grains, grass & malt. Moderate body. Light bitter finish.

UPDATED: NOV 9, 2020 As Cubanero Fuerte, 5.4%. Clear golden, white head. Sweet malt aroma, some grain. Maæty flavour, slightly harsh hoppy bitterness. Watery feel.
