COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
003/2014 CSB Member - Brewed with Organic Honey and Aged on Rum Infused Oak Cubes. This Extra IPA is brewed with barley, oats, organic honey and aged on rum soaked oak staves. This floral aromas of honey meld into rich oak flavors. The malt bill is balanced with three doses of dry hopping of Mosaic and Galaxy hops to create a robust tropical hop monster. Drink fresh for hop flavor or age up to a year to bring out the malt and oak flavors.
