Fruity, slightly sherberty aromas. Dried orange. A tiny trace of clove. Lemon peel. Dried tropical fruits. Digestive malt. Very nice. Taste is full of jammy citrus with a candy sweet edge. Pithy grapefruit. Caramelised orange. Light biscuit malt flavours. Smooth with a juicy mouthfeel. Soft carb. Long semi-sweet finish with a little dry and pithy vibe on the way out. Excellent.

Bitter finish, lots of pale grains, straw, lemon peel, more flinty minerality. Alright overall.
SaintMatty (9412) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - OCT 20, 2018330ml Bottle - Golden with a white head and a slight haze. Ginger and lemon zest are the most discernible elements of the aroma. Refreshing and really nicely balanced taste with grapefruit, ginger, lemon, coriander and orange peel followed by a slightly peppery finish. Very nice but would've been interesting to try these experimental hops without the spices added.

Scopey (21884) - Oldmeldrum, SCOTLAND - AUG 5, 2018Bottle in Croydonia - thanks to Dave for the pick - up from The Bottle Shop. It pours lightly hazy pale golden with a medium, foamy white head. The aroma is earthy, spicy, leafy, sweet lemon balm, doughy bread and some dustiness. The taste is firmly dry, bitter, earthy, dusty, grassy, spiced, leafy, grainy, chalky and bitter lemon with a spicy finish. Medium and moderate, foamy carbonation. A bit too spiced for my liking. A fun idea, but a bit so-so for Burning Sky.
