colui72 (3437) - Yuen Long, HONG KONG - AUG 29, 2021
UPDATED: AUG 29, 2021 Estery aroma of yellow fruits like apricot and peach, notes of marmalade, spices and Brett funk. Hazy golden-amber, translucent, a finger of a soapy but lasting white head, good laces on the glass. Sour, acidic but not a stomach killer, a lot of fruity esters like in its aroma, with apricot, peach, citrus, oak spicy notes and Brett barnyard funk. Good balance and elegance. Medium body, high carbonation, quite easy to drink due to low acidity. Overall, a lambic-like wild ale, really enjoyable and mild in any aspect. Good, as usual.

kaplaz (19) - - DEC 16, 2019
