UPDATED: JUL 14, 2021 Aroma of barnyard funk, bready, coriander, peppery, citrus notes, floral noble hops. Slightly hazy golden/amber, fizzy on the pour, a small white head with medium retention and a good skirt on the glass. Tastes tart, salty, funky, fruity esters, bread, foders notes, noble hops, peppery, coriander. It's a total wow. Light bodied, medium carbonation, crips and very easy to drink and very sessionable. So elegant, balanced, tasty. Magnificent!
