ANZUShophunter (2343) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - JAN 4, 2017From bottle in shaker. A fairly standard macrolager; one that can survive in a clear bottle can’t offer much complexity.
Grumbo (14439) - Ipswich, Suffolk, ENGLAND - AUG 19, 2013Bottle brought back from L.A. Aroma of grass and corn, quite high carbonation, watery, quite poor.
Cantabrian (1211) - Christchurch NZ, now Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - JUN 9, 2013Considering that on a hot day by the beach I had tho chose between this beer and three Fijian brands plus Aussie Hahn, I was not regretting having taken Cabana.
Bygers (1187) - Oslo, NORWAY - DEC 25, 2012Bottle 0,33l. Pale yellow, no head. Aroma of typical corn beer. Sweet, fizzy and bland. Some corn but no hops nor bitterness.

One of those rare occasions I go into a small bottle’o with a modest range looking for a cold beer...something I haven’t tried. And this was it...
Very pale yellow body, pillowy head last suprisingly the whole glass.
There’s really bugger all on the nose. If I had to say anything it’d be DMS, and that’s not a good thing.
Palate is thin, fizzy, very short.
Next to no flavour; some malt sweetness accompanied by that corny DMS and a bit of apple cidery acetaldehyde. Low bitterness.
Certainly not as offensive beer, just bland. I’d say it probably ranks a touch higher than the likes of Corona though!
mkel07 (9526) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - OCT 9, 2009330ml bottle. Pale, thin and watery with a huge thisk snow white cap. Well carbonated with a horrid malt and hop aroma that is very basic and uninspiring. Flat, dry flavour .
marcus (12679) - Sacramento, California, USA - AUG 19, 2009This one is so thin you can see right through it like glass. However, there is a lovely white head and an aroma of fresh bread. Not much flavor either. I picked up a glass of water by mistake and couldn’t tell the difference until I noticed there was no slight hop bitterness at the finish.
bhensonb (20185) - Woodland, California, USA - AUG 8, 2009Bottle from a Grocery Outlet. Pours light gold with a fizzy white head. Amazing! Aromas of bread and grass. Near medium body with fizzy carbonation. Flavor is bready/grainy/corny with a good dose of noble hop. It’s finishing bitter. I might actually finish this beer. Note: I don’t think it’s worse than a Bud Light.
Ramenen (466) - San Salvador, EL SALVADOR - JUL 20, 2008Thanks to ghawener. Another pale ale, watery, refreshing, not much else. Nothing else to say.
ghawener (1658) - Santa Tecla, EL SALVADOR - JUL 20, 2008Bottle: light, refreshing, light straw color, slight corn backflavour. not available in el Salvador.
