UPDATED: DEC 17, 2021 5 oz half draft pour at Cabin Creek Brewing in Georgetown, Colorado. The pour is an opaque black brown with a small khaki head. The aroma is soft roast char, pine hop and some malt sweetness. The taste is a nice balance between the fresh pine hops and the softly sweet roast malt. The palate is medium bodied, soft natural carbonation and dry roast finish. Solid.
